Returns:

Smarten doesn’t have return policy on the products.

Replacement:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. if it happens, send us an email at care@smartstorein.com

Replacement (if applicable):

Depending on the location, the time it may take for your product to reach us, may vary. The wrong item will be taken back. Once, item reaches Smartstore warehouse, desired product will be dispatched.

Transit Damage:

In case, damage has happened:
The damaged item will be taken back. Once, item reaches Smartstore warehouse, desired product will be dispatched.

Delivery:

We usually ship product next day, with intend to deliver the item with in 7 days.

Cancellations by Smartstore:

There are times when some unavoidable reason occur, invoice refund will be processed in 7 working days to the account.
